Seventeen functions is the full Series 7 set, and the OB30SD17PLX1 is that oven in Contemporary trim. Ovens with long mode lists tend to get used on one or two settings, so when somebody reports that “the oven has never been right”, it is worth asking which function they cook on — a calibration complaint on one mode only is a different investigation from an oven that is out across the board.
